Dr. Raju is a Professor in Mathematics in the Graduate Department
of Mathematics in DNR College, Andhra Pradesh, India. He is
very good in mathematics. Besides, he uses mathematical methods
called Vedic Mathematics developed in Ancient India. These
methods are simpler and quicker in solving the mathematical
problems. I feel that if these methods can be used in computer
programming, the computers can be made to work much faster
than ever before. I also feel that Dr.Raju can bring a new
dimension to the general knowledge of mathematics in the United
States. <in

It is quite clear to me that Dr.Raju has a unique perspective
on mathematics. He has written (and continues to write) elementary
workbooks and methodologies for primary school stundents.
His methods are reliable, quick and productive of happiness
in young mathematics students. <in

Dr. Raju is an excellent lecturer and makes mathematics lively
and interesting. He adds a perspective on teaching mathematics,
very different from what is available in our country. If he
is given a chance, I am sure that he will be able to make
considerable impact on mathematics in our country. <in

New York University Graduate Center - 1995 |
Dr.Raju has established himself as an expert in India, having
produced a considerable amount of educational material in
different media i.e., print, video etc. He has appeared on
National TV in India.... I believe that his continued stay
in United States will be of great benefit to mathematical
education in the United States. Although his activity so far
has been in eastern United States and midwest, his message
is important for the entire country and I am sure that in
a very short time, it will be heard from coast to coast. <in

I am of the firm opinion that Sri Raju with his scholarship
on Vedic Mathematics can do a lot in the field of mathematics
which is regarded as a difficult subject. The book on "Mathematics
Through Magics", is really useful to all school-going
children. <in

Dr.Raju is bringing out a book on "VEDAGANITAM"
dealing with mathematical tricks and easy computational techniques
as its core. It is unique in the sense that it attempts to
prove that the human mind will be the best computer provided
the programming is done properly with purpose. Every example
narrated is a programme fed to human mind to get a solution
from the mind. <in
